Every paid product on the site — Purrfect Mail, Groomer Edge, Featured Listing, Sponsored Ad, Premium Sponsor — is billed through Stripe. One portal handles them all. Sign in with the email you used to subscribe, and you'll see every active subscription tied to that email. Cancel one, change another, update your card — all in one place.

What you might see when you sign in

You'll see only the subscriptions tied to your email. Each can be cancelled independently — cancelling one doesn't cancel the others.

What happens when you cancel

• You keep access through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds, no early cut-off.
• Purrfect Mail: last issue ships in the cycle you paid for; you stop being billed at renewal.
• Groomer Edge: library access continues through period end; no future charges.
• Listing / Ad tiers: your listing reverts to the free tier or your ad stops running at period end. The free directory listing always stays.
• Your data stays. Reactivate later by re-subscribing — same email, same account.
